This Be Trū Wellness™ non-toxic, self-adhesive waterproof BODY Pain Relief patch contains menthol, lidocaine, and our own proprietary hemp extract. The patch is made from medium density polyethylene, which contains NO BPA.
Each pouch contains 2 Patches. Peel off adhesive and apply a patch to the area of discomfort by firmly pressing it in place. A patch can be worn up to 12 hours.

- ลูกค้าต้องเป็นคนออกค่าจัดส่งสินค้ากลับมาให้ทางร้านเช็ค
- สินค้าทุกยี่ห้อจะมีประกันจากโรงงานประมาณ 90 วัน ลูกค้าสามารถติดต่อกับทางโรงงานผลิตเพื่อเคลมสินค้าได้ หากสินค้าที่เสียหายอยู่ในข้อกำหนดของทางโรงงาน
- หากแพคเก็จจิ้งสินค้าได้รับความเสียหายมาจากกระบวนการขนส่งสินค้าแต่สินค้าภายในไม่ได้รับเสียหาย ทางร้านจะไม่สามารถรับผิดชอบให้ได้เนื่องจาก ทางร้านไม่สามารถควมคุมการขนส่งภายในประเทศได้
- ลูกค้าสามารถเคลมเงินกับทางบริษัทขนส่งได้หากสินค้าได้รับความเสียหายโดยจะต้องดำเนินการเอง แต่หากสินค้าได้รับความเสียหายโดยตรงทางร้านจะเปลี่ยนสินค้าให้ใหม่ โดยต้องติดต่อแจ้งเรื่องเข้ามาภายใน 72 ชม.

- Products such as atomizer, e-liquid, coils, pods and CBD products don't have warranty.
- Our shop warranty is only include if the product can not be use in the first place after unpacking. The customer has to contact us about the problem within 72 hrs to claim a replacement. If after 72 hrs, we won't take any responsibility for the cause.
- The purchaser will have to pay for the shipping fee
- Most products have the factory's warranty for 90 days. You can contact them directly and ask for a replacement if the defected item is under their condition.
- Sometime packaging of the product could be damaged due to the transportation of the shipping. We can not take responsibility due to the uncontrollable of the shipping method. You can claim it directly with the shipping company which has a warranty if the packaging got damaged when arrived. However, if the product itself has been damaged, we will replace a new one for you if you claim it within 72 hrs.
- The shipping company also has a warranty if the package got damage during the transportation, you can contact them directly to claim the warranty money.
- ทางร้านไม่มีนโยบายคืนเงินไว้ว่ากรณีใดๆ หากสินค้ามีปัญหาทางร้านจะทำการเปลี่ยนสินค้าตัวใหม่ให้หากลูกค้าแจ้งปัญหาเข้ามาภายใน 72 ชั่วโมง
- หากสินค้าที่มีปัญหาไม่มีเหลือในสต็อกทางร้านจะคืนเงินให้เต็มจำนวน
- สินค้าพรีออเดอร์จะใช้เวลานำเข้าประมาณ 20-45 วัน ขึ้นอยู่กับด่าน หากสินค้าไม่มาภายใน 30 วันลูกค้าสามารถขอเงินคืนได้เต็มจำนวน
